Su Lok, Principal, Three Rivers East LLC

As a community and philanthropic leader and communications strategist, Su works with a cross-section of public and private organizations to advance and engage communities at the national, regional and local level.  Her holistic and collaborative approach focuses on identifying and developing partnerships, programs and content that produce results and create true impact in the lives of those in the community.

Prior to forming Three Rivers East, Su had an extensive career in communications, community development and corporate social responsibility that included key positions with ScottsMiracle-Gro, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Huntington Bank.

Along with her professional achievements, Su is active in her community through volunteerism and board service, supporting a variety of missions and causes. She has been on the board of Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens since 2009. During her time with the Conservatory, Su has served as Board President, and chaired the Marketing Committee and Development Committee.

She currently serves on the Mount Carmel Health System Board. Prior to this appointment, she was a long-time leader on the Mount Carmel Foundation Board of Trustees, serving as board chair from 2013 – 2015.

Su is a Trustee on the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Board. Joining the organization in 2020, she chairs the Development Committee and serves on the Executive Committee as first vice chair.

Early in 2025, Su joined the Flying Horse Farms Board of Directors. Part of Paul Newman’s SeriousFun Children’s Network, Flying Horse Farms provides camp experiences for children facing serious medical challenges.

In 2018, Su joined the Philanthropy Ohio Board of Trustees. Since joining the board, she has helped develop the new strategic vision and mission of the organization, which is focused on cultivating a just, vibrant and impactful philanthropic network in Ohio.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Su earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in Communications.
